1.0 Context

YuGo Exercise Engagement Pioneers provide accessible sport and exercise for people of all ages and abilities. Our primary aim is to reduce the inactivity levels of children and adults with additional needs, providing a wealth of physical, social and emotional benefits through movement and physical exercise. The most important thing for us at YuGo is that you have fun being active!

YuGo is a trading arm of the charity Allsorts Gloucestershire. Allsorts provides activities for children with additional needs aged 0 – 25 and their families. Allsorts clubs and activities are subsidised for families, to remove the financial barrier that can prevent families with disabled children accessing them. Allsorts provides specialist staff, equipment and other resources to provide the best possible experience for its members.

Surplus created by you accessing YuGo, goes back to Allsorts. For this reason, YuGo Clubs and Personal Training sessions are priced to ensure we generate a small but essential surplus from every activity we provide. This allows us to support the ongoing running costs of specialist provision for families in Gloucestershire. Allsorts is the sole shareholder and parent company of YuGo.

2.0 YuGo club bookings

2.1 Signing up as a YuGo Club Member means you pay our discounted block booking rate. We reserve you a place at your club each week and assume you will attend unless specified otherwise by you or if for any reason YuGo cannot accommodate you for the session. Our reduced block booking rate is set so that even if you miss an occasional session (eg. once a month) it is still cheaper than paying the individual rate for each session.

2.2 From the 10th of each month we’ll raise an invoice and send this by email for payment for the following month (you pay in advance, a month at a time). Invoices can be paid via online payment or cash. We recognise that some of our members do not have access to online banking and therefore need to pay via cash. This can be done at your next session.

2.3 You will have a 14-day period to pay your invoice. Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received.

2.4 If you want to stop coming to a YuGo club you must contact us before the next payment is due otherwise you may be charged.

3.0 Personal Training bookings

3.1 Personal Training sessions are assumed as ongoing, unless specified otherwise by you or if for any reason YuGo cannot accommodate you for the session. You do not need to book these sessions online.

3.2 From the 10th of each month we’ll raise an invoice and send this by email for payment for the following month (you pay in advance, a month at a time). Invoices can be paid via online payment or cash. We recognise that some of our members do not have access to online banking and therefore need to pay via cash. This can be done at your next session.

3.3 You will have a 14-day period to pay your invoice. Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received.

4.0 Cancellations

4.1 Once payment has been made, no refunds or credits will be given, except in exceptional and/or mitigating circumstances. Any refunds or credits will be agreed by the YuGo Director.

4.2 If YuGo cancel a session, you will automatically receive a credit against your next invoice. If you would prefer to be refunded, please contact us and a refund will be processed within 14 working days.

5.0 Fee increases

5.1 YuGo may occasionally need to increase sessional fees to ensure that we can continue to operate sustainably. You will always be notified at least 28 days in advance of any fee change to an activity.

5.2 YuGo cannot offer subsidised rates for any sessions.
