Summary – key points

YuGo Membership

  • When you sign up as a YuGo Member we’ll assume your sessions are ongoing unless you tell us otherwise.
  • At the beginning of each month we’ll send you an invoice for that month. You have until the first day of the month to let us know if there are any sessions you cannot make (at no cost).
  • From the first day of the month we only issue refunds or credits in exceptional circumstances. If we cancel the session we will automatically credit your next invoice.
  • If you want to stop coming just let us know before the next payment is due otherwise you may be charged.

Here are some scenarios to explain how it works

Joe has a dental appointment next month, and knows that they are unable to make their YuGo session on that date. Joe lets YuGo know before the end of the existing month. YuGo remove that session from Joe’s invoice at no cost.

Sam is due to be attending a YuGo activity today, but has woken up with a cold. Sam informs YuGo that they are unable to make their session, so they can rest up and recover. YuGo are unable to credit or refund Sam, because YuGo are liable to pay the YuGo instructor and venue hire fee for the session.

1.0 Context

YuGo Exercise Engagement Pioneers provide accessible sport and exercise for people of all ages and abilities. Our primary aim is to reduce the inactivity levels of children and adults with additional needs, providing a wealth of physical, social and emotional benefits through movement and physical exercise. The most important thing for us at YuGo is that you have fun being active!

YuGo is a trading arm of the charity Allsorts Gloucestershire. Allsorts provides activities for children with additional needs aged 0 – 25 and their families. Allsorts clubs and activities are subsidised for families, to remove the financial barrier that can prevent families with disabled children accessing them. Allsorts provides specialist staff, equipment and other resources to provide the best possible experience for its members.

YuGo is a not-for-profit organisation that supports Allsorts, a charity support disabled children living in Gloucestershire. You can learn more about Allsorts on allsortsglos.org.uk.

Please consider our bookings, payment and cancellation policies that ensure we can continue to deliver engaging sport and exercise for YuGo members, whilst also generating vital funds for Allsorts.
