Walking Club

Mondays: 10-11:30am
Starting on Monday 26th September.
Join us as we walk together, chat with new friends and explore the outdoors.

Wednesdays: 10-11:30am
Starting on Wednesday 28th September.
Join us for some great exercises to help with flexibility, core strength, balance and mobility.

Sports Club

Fridays: 10-11:30am
Starting on Friday 30th September.
Sports are a great way to keep fit and have fun with friends. We’ve got a LOT of great sports to try!

Sport and Gym Club

Saturdays: 10-12noon
Starting on Saturday 1st October.
We’ll have sports and games for the first hour and then move to the gym. A great way to start the weekend!

  1. Subscribe for free to become a YuGo member. Fill in our online registration form or fill in our form to register on behalf of someone else.
  2. Then just drop us an email to confirm which clubs and dates you’d like to attend and we’ll take care of the rest.
